By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Sparkle Mami provides hair tinsel installations and feather hair extensions.
Results
The longevity of tinsel and feather extensions varies depending on hair type, maintenance, lifestyle, and aftercare. We do not guarantee a specific duration.
Client Responsibility
You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Rough brushing, pulling, excessive tension, or improper care may cause premature shedding or damage. Sparkle Strands LA is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.
Beaded Installations
Beaded sparkle clusters are secured to multiple strands of your natural hair with microbeads. Improper brushing, pulling, excessive tension, or direct heat on the bead may cause breakage or hair loss. By booking this service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please review our Aftercare Guidelines before your appointment.
Feather Extensions
Feather extensions are secured to multiple strands of your natural hair with microbeads. Improper brushing, pulling, excessive tension, or direct heat on the bead may cause breakage or hair loss. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied to your total balance.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No shows will forfeit the deposit.
Additional reschedule requests beyond the first transfer will require a new deposit.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
Provider Cancellations
If I need to cancel your appointment due to illness, an emergency, or a scheduling conflict, you will be offered the option to reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund of your deposit.
House Call Conditions
House call pricing includes travel within 10 miles. Locations more than 10 miles may incur an additional travel fee.
Clients must provide accessible parking and a safe, well-lit space for service.
If parking is unavailable, conditions are unsafe, or the environment is not suitable for installation, the appointment may be rescheduled.
Payment
Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may include Cash, Venmo Business, Zelle, and Card (card payments incur an extra $2.50 fee). Chargebacks or payment disputes for completed services will be contested with signed agreements and appointment records.
Minors
Clients under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
No Medical Claims
Our services are cosmetic only. We do not provide medical or dermatological advice.
Intellectual Property
All website content, photos, branding, and logos are the property of Sparkle Strands LA and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
By booking, you agree that Sparkle Strands LA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
